Historic Tax Credit Projects

I have 30 years experience and expertise working with both State and Federal Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits (which provides up to 45% tax credits on qualified project costs). According to the Virginia Department of Historic Resources (DHR), the Virginia Tax Credit program has played an essential role in preserving thousands of Virginia historic properties since its inception in 1997. And, according to The National Park Service, the Federal Historic Tax Credits have leveraged $116.34 billion in private investment to preserve more than 47,000 historic properties since 1976.
